Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX & Graphics Designer to own and elevate Zoth's product experience and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. You will drive end-to-end design ownership — from UX research and architecture to high-fidelity UI and brand-aligned visuals — with a strong focus on mobile app design and payment flows.
This role is ideal for a designer who is both hands-on and strategic, with 3+ years of experience designing complex digital products in fintech, payments, or Web3 environments, and a proven track record of delivering polished mobile-first experiences.
What you'll do
- Own the UI/UX vision for Zoth's web and mobile products from discovery to delivery. Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, with a focus on mobile app flows and payment experiences. Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Lead design for Zoth's mobile application (iOS & Android), ensuring platform-native UX patterns and accessibility standards. Design seamless, trust-building payment flows — onboarding, KYC, fund transfers, stablecoin transactions, and portfolio dashboards.
- Establish and maintain a scalable, component-based design system across platforms. Use Figma and Canva to design high-quality graphics for campaigns, presentations, social media, in-app visuals, and infographics.
- Partner with the Marketing Head, product, engineering, compliance, and content teams to align design with business and regulatory requirements. Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on user feedback and product analytics.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products. Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems) and strong working experience with Canva.
- Demonstrated experience designing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) with a deep understanding of mobile UX patterns. Proven experience with payment flows, financial products, or transaction-heavy interfaces in fintech, neobank, SaaS, or Web3.
- Strong foundation in UX research, usability principles, and interaction design. Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience designing for crypto, DeFi, stablecoin, or RWA platforms; familiarity with KYC/AML onboarding flows; motion design or micro-interaction skills; user research or data-informed design iteration.
